Joshua Komisarjevsky, 26, of Cheshire, and Steven Hayes, 44, of Winsted, were arraigned Tuesday on charges of assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, arson, larceny and risk of injury to children. I said if we'd hunkered down, demanded an honest democratic South Vietnam instead of getting Thieu shot and allowing a military dictatorship and ask no questions,  and bombed the hell out of North Vietnam and let China know not to interfere or we'd blockade it totally, then we'd have set up an RVN that would have lasted as well as South Korea.
