But you do however mention the class situation. How do you think that these minorities are in these classes?

1. Little to no money goes to improving neighborhoods in which the majority of its residents are minorities.

2. Funding for public schools is greater in areas where minorities make up a smaller percentage as opposed to the schools where they are the greater. The only exception is in which the sports program is extremely high and that's only because it is likely to have a profitable outcome with ticket sales and such.

3. In my state, we have 3 schools which are consistently in the top 1-10 categories in the nation in various fields. One of which is the top medical research school in the nation. All of these schools had budget cuts and they all cut their african american studies departments. The University that I attend has fraternities and soroties but none of them have houses for the black fraternities and soroties. Only the white.

4. Recently a study was done and showed that Wal-Mart, one of America's top retailers, were not promoting black and hispanic managers in stores where buisness was good. These managers were instead moved to locations where buisness was poor.

I could go on and on but it really makes no difference. You have to walk in the shoes to understand what goes on. Very few ppl want to live in "the hood". There's no glory in not knowing where your next meal is going to come from, having the police who do come to the neighborhood do more damage than good, attending a school where the classes are overpopulated and the books are falling apart and the parks are not equipped with tools to keep the kids off the streets.

lol I for one know that black people are indeed discriminated against being black myself. As far as the appearance thing....it doesn't really matter how you dress, a person who is racist is going to be racist no matter what.

I dress in suits or just a shirt and tie at work, polo T's and jeans when I'm out, slacks/jeans and a long button up the rest of the time. Every once in a while you'll see me in something that I suppose would associate me with "da hood" but regardless of how I dress, ever heard of the expression that "clothes don't make the man"?

The way that a person dictates themselves, speaks toward others and conducts their buisness should be the determining factor as to whether that person is acceptable to be in your personal company. The appearance situation is going to be a situation because it associates a person with a particular race. It's different if you're in a certain enviornment where there is a dress code, but otherwise, it's all racial.

I've had police pull me over simply because my car doesn't look like anything that they feel I could afford and give me tickets for something as miniscule as driving while on a cell phone. Despite the fact that I was calling to tell my job that I was running 10 minutes late. Cops have pulled me over simply because they were "Doing routine stops". I've had a policeman pull me over because I bought a new car and he wanted to verify that I was the owner. No matter how you see it, it's racial profiling. Something that you can't understand unless you're the target of it. I'm not saying 100% of all incidents where someone claims discrimination is true, but I seriously doubt you Flint or you Justin can comprehend the embarassment and sheer harassment that the law enforcement can give to a person.

The name that you hand in on your job application can get you turned away from employers because they feel that you don't fit the description of what they want without even reading your application. I've seen this first hand.

Anyhow, this is not an argument that a person who isn't a target of racism can really give accurate feedback to.

exactly! You have better attackers who know how to use fleet. Jumping more fleet unfortunately leaves you with less resources for later on. You'd be playing checkers to 791/809/(any other fam's) chess. Leaving you innnnnn a stalemate!

lol I know I'm on the outside looking in....but it seems to me that 799 needs the nap more than 806.

806 is obviously perfectly capable of fighting a long war resource wise as they have a good economy, all they need to do is retake. Not to mention it seems that emi still has plenty of fleet to fight with.

799 has used up a lot of resources and are pretty much only alive due to having better attackers but better attackers with less fleet.

793 can't help as they are about to die soon:p

791/809 have the edge vs. 799 in the long run.

Probably best for 99 to hand over 50 planets or so and call it a loss
