Is not true. Hispanic Heritage month is celebrated from september 15th to october 15th. National Asian Pacific American month is the month of May. May is also Jewish American Heritage Month.

Ummmm, also not true. Feel free to find out how they opened up the tombs of the ancient egyptian pharoahs. They didn't use the traditional keys that we use today but still, the method of locking and unlocking doors applied.

Honestly, it just seems to me that you're prejudiced skoe. I could be wrong, but I don't see how people learning about their history is a bad thing. The same concept applies to Independence Day, Memorial Day and pretty much any other day where you celebrate and take time to remember. There are no financial benefits to black history month. There is no donations given to hispanics during hispanic heritage month. What is it all about? It's about unity and cultural education and awareness.

It has nothing to do with you really. You're not black, you're probably not interested in learning about black history judging from your uneducated posts. They also rarely speak of black culture in school. However if it's so stupid, then don't celebrate it. Nobody is forcing you to. As of now, what you're doing is the equivalent of seeing your neighbors having an anniversary party and going over there complaining about how it's prejudiced of them to do so when there are people that are single.

We're not talking about "addiction" we're talking about being addicted to cocaine. There are specific differences. Different hardships and different steps to recovery. Different urges, different reactions.  Having herpes is not the same as having cancer. But both are permanent illnesses

What would you do if you were at your wedding day and the family was about to take a picture and your fiancee sits on her father's lap and starts nibbling on his ear.

Although, nowadays people have more opportunities in their lives so there's not a  whole of excuses a person can make for themselves of why they get into trouble. I grew up in bad neighborhoods and was approached by negative influences but I was in a generation where I could actually get an education and avoid some of these things. Especially considering that aids, drugs, gang violence is made aware in schools. 40 years ago it was all new.

And now we have automatic rifles hitting the streets.....
It's senseless.
