This is easy. Testudinae was mob and the last person he voted for before switching to oxygen was Humidity. At the time, Humidity was about to die when suddenly there was a switch to Oxygen by he and a couple others. Not sure if this means that those people who saved Humidity from dying are mob, but I do know that without the cops investigations, this is the best place to start.
