Remember this is not about next year prediction but on a longer timespan of ten years.

@yell
You don't understand. Its all a plot of judges who disagree with his politics. Besides the heroin was to help the -female- children.

@einstein:
As I said to yell, you don't understand, its for the good of the children.

On a more serious note,
"On other news a 60 year old social worker was found stabbed to death by his girlfriends family."
I disagree with these practices, but that is what you get with this crazy laws. In all honesty, if it was a child from my family they violated, I might have acted the same.

There is only one truth: We didn't live back then!!! Its a simple truth yet everybody ignores it if it suits them right.

Maybe one of my ancestors [w00ps] the other in the **se with a club. Am I victim or aggressor now? Get real.

Are Americans responsible for everything that happened in Europe pre discovery of America as well? Or am I as a European? Was it after the vikings or Columbus? It is far, far beyond retarded to say it is anyone's fault if he wasn't even alive back then.

There is one comment:

This is terrific, but to put things into perspective the US consumes about 564,000 barrels of oil a month, so even with this it still needs to import 60% of its oil.

Don't know the guy but he makes a good point. My question is why the price per barrel is still very high?

This kind of energy comes from traditional energy sources still but often uses far more energy overall. As Esa put it, its crazy talk.

I wonder if we look back at Obama in about 10 years in history lessons about what he accomplished as he did like nothing for 8  years.
- Less transparent but more wasteful security. (man, and they complained about bush failure in this)
- He saved the companies that will be non existent or back in trouble then.
- He showed the world how NOT to implement healthcare in the US.
- He showed lobbying could still get worse although it seemed impossible.

I cannot understand how people voted for him "because he didn't yet do what he promised". That is a failed logic.

"The clouds are formed by (in part) contact with Cosmic Radiation."
Let us assume that is true for the sake of debate, its still hard to predict its influence let go its effect when temperature raises or drops. Although it is valuable research, You can hardly call this theoretical guessing exact science. No offense intended but its almost like watching gores movie.

Some studies claim cosmic radiation has been high and low in both warm and cool periods. That doesn't necessarily denies its influence but put a max limit to its influence none the less. That is the most significant data I could find.

Truth is we cannot predict the weather next months, why would we be so arrogant to claim for sure climate is gonna warm up or cool down because of a few reasons we don't even fully understand?

"I have a very high success rate on my scientists, so I will follow their declarations for now."
A little honesty "we are not advanced enough to really predict it and there are far to much variables" doesn't seem to suite anybody so is discarded on the spot.

It is not even realistically possible to measure global average temperatures accurately so who is going to prove what? Its ridiculous at best. Almost as ridiculous as climate change predictors themselves.

Mostly climate change believers say that, you confuse me here. Wetter doesn't mean more clouds in any case, those are 2 different things.*

*edit: before many flipfloped to suit their believes. Its hard to keep track.

"Cold means more clouds"
No, not on average. Warm weather makes more clouds, especially over the oceans. It is actually one of the few things most scientists agree on. On average, most clouds are created during the hottest period of the day.

There is a theory based on this
So if climate gets hotter, more clouds appear. More clouds means more reflection and less warming up. Some scientist claim that IF the earth would warm or cool down, this would counter effect to some extent.

"But keep buying shorts, bikinis, and trying to install solar panels as your only source of electricity, just do not force it on me so when you come calling I can charge you a nasty rate for all the harm you did with your eco-lies"
Funny, cause if the planet cools down, in many areas solar panels might become effective after all if they progress further. There are less clouds and a clearer air. I doubt it would be any time soon tough. For now it is only interesting when you want a little bit of power in a desolate spot or in space.

"Yes, because Border's is definitely a company that kept entirely up to date with technology."
None of the saved companies are. Exactly why they shouldn't be saved. It puts pressure on the management and that is exactly what is needed to make them perform better. Einstein makes a good point there.

@key
"Big companies didn't go bankrupt.  They got a bailout.  "
I think you misinterpreted what I wrote. I was referring to the bailouts when some large companies, normally, would have gone bankrupt. That is why I complain about monopolies and decreasing competition.
