Funny, cause if the planet cools down, in many areas solar panels might become effective after all if they progress further. There are less clouds and a clearer air. I doubt it would be any time soon tough. For now it is only interesting when you want a little bit of power in a desolate spot or in space.

It is not even realistically possible to measure global average temperatures accurately so who is going to prove what? Its ridiculous at best. Almost as ridiculous as climate change predictors themselves.

Let us assume that is true for the sake of debate, its still hard to predict its influence let go its effect when temperature raises or drops. Although it is valuable research, You can hardly call this theoretical guessing exact science. No offense intended but its almost like watching gores movie.

Some studies claim cosmic radiation has been high and low in both warm and cool periods. That doesn't necessarily denies its influence but put a max limit to its influence none the less. That is the most significant data I could find.

Truth is we cannot predict the weather next months, why would we be so arrogant to claim for sure climate is gonna warm up or cool down because of a few reasons we don't even fully understand?

If the temperature goes up, then that heats the oceans of the world, causing more cloud cover.  This cloud cover usually hangs over the ocean until air currents or the suns own heat pushes that cloud cover from the ocean, more towards inland areas.  This is a meteoroligist fact.

The earth heats, water evaperates, and that creates cloud cover.  When we have rain, and all that water evaperates during heat, that then creates a gaseous cover which lingers close to the ground, and then we have a slight fog bank effect.

Cosmic radiation from our own sun, heats up oceans, which creates clouds.  Have you ever noticed how storms move from the ocean to land mass, and keeps moving inwards?

And a single scientest does not denote fact.  It has to be vetted by the world COMMUNITY of scientists.

Cosmic radiation is COSMIC radiation.  And some of that cosmic radiation is PRODUCED by our own sun.  And yes, some of that cosmic radiation comes from outside our solar system.

There are 11 different factors that effects Communications.  11.  Effects are by nature and man made.  So in regards to precipitation and cloud cover, I can safely say there's more than just 11 different factors that would effect WEATHER PATTERNS!

Now the Magnetic Sphere of the sun reflects Cosmic Radiation. This sphere is not fixed in strength, but varies based upon tidal forces within the sun. Also Jupiter actually shields us a bit.

At lower GeV it is not a cloud maker, but a heat maker. So yes our sun is pushing heat which is moving cold air down. However the clouds over us dumping snow is also a factor in this. Without those clouds there would be more sun, and more heat in these areas, which means better temps then.
