Their leaders excuse? "Oh, you guys dont have any planets where we have them so it doesnt matter" or "Oh, well we warred a family so thats how we got them so we dont have to give them up"

Are they joking?  Not my fault their leader decided to farm a family below the agreed NAP border.  Then what do they do? They move their DS to 21,85- well below the border to prevent us from retaking planets that are rightfully ours... From the NAP one of the clauses is..

"planets explored/conquered in the area that not belongs to the owner fam of the area will be given to the owner without any delay."

So whats up with this 645? What marvelous excuse do you have for all of this hmmm?
