As far as I know your core was the 20 systems that all of us signed in the nap.

So Lee, you have shown us an apparently ammended NAP. Can you show ANY evidence that the ammendment was agreed upon and signed by BOTH families?

I'm saying that you said you were provoked into warring 04. In your first post you have blamed them for starting the war by breaching a NAP. Then you won't back up those statements.
If you just said "We are warring them because we want the planets", well and good. But trying to put it back on them, I would like to see proof that they breached the NAP so I know whether I can trust you in future NAPs I might make with you.

Okay this is the story from start to finish:
Our NAP (04) with (05) was a CORE nap only, outside systems valid for attack and op.
We (04) were fighting with lees fam over the area east of y44, and they were comin west of y44 towards our core. SO WS said stay west of 44 and well stay east of 44 in S3. So i said okay that sounds like a plan, and thats that. It wasnt a NAP it was words between 2 guys, and i stayed honorable and stayed west, never went east of 44 in S3.
05 was planning on attacking us from what i heard from alot of players, and so i figured we should strike first instead of them. Thats when Nightwish randomed into my family, perfect timing. So we did a full save, had tons of res/cash saved up, squeaky and NW expod in 05's area NOT violating the NAP agreement of cores with 05. Us and our allies planned to cancel NAP and attack 05. With squeaky and NW jumped all over thier core, our allies coming in from the west and us coming from the south 05 wouldnt have had much chance. They saw what was happening and decided to either start a war with 23, or "fake" a war whatever i dont know which is true and honestly i dont care. Being honorable players we decided not to attack 05 while they were in war, so we used savings and jumped infra, and were gunna move on to glues fat ass fam. Thats when 05 decided not to war 23 all of a sudden and declare on us clearing the portals.
THATS THE STORY 100% true and honest. Lee i never violated NAP, and everything ive said to you is true.
You know Lee, if you had just been honest and said "we are cancelling nap - war time!" then it wouldn't even be an issue. Instead you had to come up with some lame ass tard lie that you can't talk your way out of.

all the planets in sec 1 we had every right to clear even if we were at war with 23.

well i do like leaving empty planets in my core so other people can explore them for me
keep that in mind, if u watch ur core real good its always good to leave places for dummies to explore them for you then u take them as free planets
and im not gonna call ur fam nap breakers im gonna just say u made a bad decision exploring all around us with a small guy and then spending all ur stuff instead of saving some knowing that that might cause us to decide to go after ur fam when we saw it.
that was the mistake right there, as far as the rest i think a lot of miscommunication caused some of this problems. i think squeaky is honorable guy but someone made a bad mistake in judgment spending before waiting to see how the war went with 23, i mean had we warred them and we beat them in 2 days due to our savings vs their lack of savings then we wud have moved to ur fam right away anyway and u still wudnt of had any savings and in same shape anyway.

So 04 does get kicked in the nuts for doing the honorable thing. Ahh GG... Well played 05 well played.
For those who DO NOT get it btw, the problem is NOT (see the caps) that 05/22 declared on an alliance around half their size and nw. Not the issue here. Cause I havent seen ANY of the 04/09 players complain about that even once.
The issue is, they had a "war" going on with 23 which stopped 04/09 from getting the initial strike (which they very much deserved btw cause they got fair shares which couldnt be cleared), used the confusion to clear all dangerous shares (which would have actually evened out the war), AND THEN declared on 04/09. Because you know what the funny thing is... It takes coordination to clear a low nw guy. And it takes time to make sure that you have someone on low nw to do so. This takes time which the other fams woulda used except for the bullshit that 05 pulled.
I find it hilarious. Again, well played.
