Well, offer to take retake planets from your ally and hold for them until war is over. If those 5M fams want to get those planets, they have to let your fam into the war. If they choose not to attack you, your ally should be able to retake all lost planets and even some extra if they have not been raped too badly.

That 35% limit kinda works both ways you know. Small fams can

As a player in a smaller fam this round I am frustrated with this new game mechanic. I was clearing a player near my core and now the player and his famare above %35. If i keep clearing him i get blamed for abusing the rule because his fam can't retaliate! Where is the fun in that! With out this rule i would try to force bigger fams into NAPS through raids or being a pain in the ass. I can't do that now X(

It's bugged, it's not meant to work like that.

Being fixed asap I believe.

As dutcher said, if you clear them - their whole fam can attack  your whole fam.

This is a new game mechanic, so Adoross is having a few issues getting it right.
