Re: Erm?

Okay, I googled for Snuff's riddle, and the answer ain't right =]

Re: Erm?

lmao, I've been googled!

anywho, it's been long enough, guess I gotta post the answer:

An equal

I'm not a pheasant feather plucker or a feather plucker's son, but I can pluck a pheasant's feathers till the pheasant plucker comes!

Re: Erm?

What walks on four legs, then two, then three?

Your = possessive. As in, "your grammar sucks."
You're = you are. As in, "you're an idiot for not knowing the difference."

Re: Erm?

man

Not many people know this, but I own the first radio in Springfield. Not much on the air then, just Edison reciting the alphabet over and over. "A" he'd say; then "B." "C" would usually follow...

Re: Erm?

The answer to all three is a baby. True, it crawls on all fours, but cut off its legs an it can only wiggle around on its two limbs. Give it a crutch and it hobbles around on three, see?

Your = possessive. As in, "your grammar sucks."
You're = you are. As in, "you're an idiot for not knowing the difference."

Re: Erm?

so the awnser was man?

but that riddle makes little to no sence
your cheating on this riddle by giving the ''baby'' in this case something man made.

what starts on 4 legs, but can walk on 3 legs, and on 4 later again? ITS A DOG!! he's born with 4 legs, if you cut one off he will still walk on 3, but if you give him a crutch he has 4 again!

Re: Erm?

You have two bottles that are a unusual shape. One bottle can contain 3 gallons when full, the other 5 gallons when full. There is no way to measure theses bottles at all. The only item that is aloud to help you is a hose. How do you make 4 gallons with out measurement.

Re: Erm?

fill the 5 galon bottle, pour iit into the 3 gallon bottle, you now have 2 gallons left in the 5 gallon botle. pour out the 3 gallon bottle, then put the 2 gallons into the 3 gallon bottle.  fill the 5 gallon bottle again, pour it into the 3 gallon bottle, you now have 4 gallons in the 5 gallon bottle.

good riddle, made me think a bit.

I'm not a pheasant feather plucker or a feather plucker's son, but I can pluck a pheasant's feathers till the pheasant plucker comes!

an equal doesnt work. assuming the christian God, theres three parts and the three parts are equal, so they would see as equal on a daily basis.  fail riddle.

Re: Erm?

Can you figure it out?
11 is a race horse
12 is 12
1111 race
12112

I'm not a pheasant feather plucker or a feather plucker's son, but I can pluck a pheasant's feathers till the pheasant plucker comes!

Re: Erm?

im guessing you made a typo's and its supposed to be:

11 is a race horse
12 is a 12
1111 is a race
1212 is a

inwhich case 1212 would be a 1.  your inconsistency with articles is probably not part of the riddle, so leads me to think that a typo with the last number is probable.

Re: Erm?

no typos, I double checked, now continue figuring it out

(hint:  as far as I can tell, you are not on the right track)

I'm not a pheasant feather plucker or a feather plucker's son, but I can pluck a pheasant's feathers till the pheasant plucker comes!

Re: Erm?

easy  11 is the name of a racehorse and 12 is one too

11(name of horse) won one

and

12 (racehorse name) won one too

what are we trying to figure out. you give us information tell us to figure it out, without saying what should be figured out. for example, my solution is valid because you did not tell us what to figure out.  i figured out that if you removed one 1 from the last number, it would be two sets of 12. and seeing previous example of two sets of 11 becoming the first half of 11 or "race" that two sets of 12 would become "1". did i figure something out? yes i did. did i figure out what you're trying to get us to figure out? no.

what you're doing is like saying sally has 3 apples, sam has two. neither sam nor sally can carry more then 3 apples at a time, figure it out.

Re: Erm?

naw, kevin is just doing fail riddles. he provided no question that needs to be answered in his last riddle. riddles are ": a mystifying, misleading, or puzzling question posed as a problem to be solved or guessed"

i got it.
