1. navigation isn't supposed to always open a new window. people know how to do it themselves if they want to. a lot is to be said about your site's navigation anyway.
2. don't resize images in html.
3. use text colors that stand out from the background. reading dark blue text on black background is wanky.
4. thinner columns are easier to read.
there's some, to start with. no offense, but it looks very -95. you could do with looking at good example sites on the net before starting work on your next own site. also, you might want to look into usability regarding the navigation.

the site that is live has not been touched for nearly 4 years, i know navigation is glitchy and the opening in new windows was something i meant to change.
im working on a new site now though that i hope is going to be much more better.
