"Nah, they're always loudmouthed and acting like mini napoleons. tongue"

yes ok tongue loudmouthed but is anyone really listening to them?

we have more troops that are trained as soldiers.. but all those who go to foreign country get extra training which takes quiet a while.
about the other commitments.. its mostly on the balkan.. another 3.5k i think.. some ships here and there and some minor other stuff.. i am sure though you dutchies are everywhere there:)

if there would be a european army it would have to be none conscript army. those who want to join join.. no matter of nationality.
for sure it would take a while to make them feel like one army but i think it would work.

My Deutsch isn't all that great, I guess the same can be said about Schniepel's Dutch. So there is only one logical option, English. If only the French would come to that conclusion also. tongue

about 100 million europeans speak german (germany, austria and parts of switzerland (switzerland is not in the EU)). how many europeans speak native english? so german should be the european language big_smile

Re: Nations of Power - Chinese Study

There are more people that speak native Polish tho....

Not many people know this, but I own the first radio in Springfield. Not much on the air then, just Edison reciting the alphabet over and over. "A" he'd say; then "B." "C" would usually follow...

Re: Nations of Power - Chinese Study

I'm not sure why this has not been brought up yet, but why the hell is Canada above India?  I would love to see the full list and how they justify some of the positions.
