Lat! *sex*
i have an exam later this week ![]()
it'll be easy but bothersome
ergh... I have 3 weeks to do a 5-7 page research essay and 5 weeks to do a 7-10 page essay. this is going to suck.
Lol...I hate essays and research papers >< But usually, if you pay someone else to do it for you, and give them sex in return, you're set. If you're bad at sex...then...well...um...good luck with life. You're gonna need it ><
Lol
I had to do an essay in english took me AGES to finish ![]()
I'd take an english essay over a psychology research paper any day of the week. and on one of them, I have to present it to the entire class, which is going to suck.
I hate giving presentations. I always get sweaty, and speck really fast. Not to mention I usually forget half of my specking points, and as such, my presentation is much shorter than intended. At least I have no of those this semester ![]()

I can't give a presentation without having fumbling with something in my hands, so usually I'm standing with a pen or so when presenting our project. That usually helps me to calm down so I don't become all restless and start talking too fast. Besides, it helps running through the presentation a couple of times before the actual examination. Just to make sure you say everything you have to. And while you are getting examined, just keep in mind to breathe a couple of times and talk slowly and clearly. Use the time between changing slides to breathe a little, and get relaxed. The presentation isn't finished untill, you're finished.
lol
Nice advice ![]()
Ill be sure to try it out in a few weeks when i have to give my next one ![]()

Playing with something in your hands is a great way to distract your fiddling
I also find it handy to have a pen in hand to point at some visual aids. I always like to make something when doing a presentation. Most because it contains all the points that I want to make and expand upon. What I usually do is make a power point presentation, point form and some pictures. and that way when I'm fiddling with my pen I get to point to stuff.
I also have this problem with pacing, even when I'm sitting, I still like kick my feet. I can't find a way to get over it.
just like to thank charlie manson
unaware, i had to do a 3 minute pitch of an idea concept i had thought of..
I made up something with the 5 minute warning i got.. and the playing with a pen in my hand absolutely helped me through it.. i was amazed how confident i felt due to something as silly as a pen haha..
thanks alot dude ![]()
you're quite welcome humidity ^.^
rofl
What did u do for ur presentation?
pinky and the brain brain brain brain! do do doodle do do.
rofl, NARF! that totally made my day joor ^.^ thx
ugh i had a huuuuge post and ended up pressing delete off screen and the page went back.. meaning i lost all i wrote..
anyhoo what i came up with was an ipod that u can download books from (saves paper etc) and you can download school books from.. so youd never forget a lecture book again (helps students) it also features a fully functional internet.. Also it contains the same software as ipod so it plays and stores music like an ordinary ipod.. Also its possible to download cartridges for a book that play music according to the scene of the book.. (can be user created or company)
anyhoo yeh.. i thought it sounded good idea at the time ![]()
students in USA are demanding WIkitextbooks
but that's how profs get tenure
and it's like eternal revenue for them personally
so good luck, just open a website in Russia that dont give a damn for NATO copyright laws
ccan't figure out a topic for an essay, I have all the research material just can't decide on one.
It's the Neurological Mechanisms involved in:
1. Autism
2. Depression
3. ADHD
(4. Nolio)
@ Them
Depending on the publisher and the nature of the book, academics don't get that much income from being authors, especially if there is more than one author.
ADHD would be the easiest to write on, Depression is so hard to actually diagnosis (prove) because of it's complexity, and Autism is just aswell not truely understood.
However i would enjoy reading an essay on Depression if you choose that route ![]()
