OK, so this is perhaps one of the most difficult things I've had to do during my IC career... and that includes trying to be active in a TI fam...

I've lost count of the number of times I've said I was going to do write one of these and then be persuaded to stay. In the 3 years I've been mod, I've seen a long line of moderators come and go but never have I felt so uncomfortable as part of the team as I have done the last few months. In the past I would be happy to stay up to all hours to defend the team, but now I feel I am doing the community an injustice by doing so.

All of this has finally led to this post.

This game has been part of my life for a long time and for that I thank the community for keeping me here. Without the players, this game is just a pile of badly written code. Even though I may not always show it, I have enjoyed -almost- every minute of it - from all the bad times (difficult players, hackings, endless game bugs) to the great times (watching people enjoy this game, IRC, ICC, Mafia), I owe it all to you guys.

I can't possibly list all of my thank-yous as I'd have to make my last mod action banning me for spamming, but there are a few people who, without their help and support, I would not be where I am now:
