Topic: Could a chemistry major check this "power technology"?

Basically the guy is saying he has a new hydrogen fuel source we can use. He summarizes that if a plant were made and vehicles made to use it, we could get prices ultimately lower than 50 cents a gallon. Uses a lot of chemistry, and chemistry is not my strong suite. This seems to require an Aluminum and something else alloy, and well... you tell us please ![]()
