Topic: Declaring War and morale
Here is just a brainstorm of my thoughts. I didnt want to spend too much time writing this so didnt do much editing, but i hope the meaning gets across

I think a 1 on 1 fight is somewhat fair with this current system. A bigger player can't abuse a smaller player since the big player is limited on morale. The smaller player can retake a lot more planets because of less morale, can destroy some buildings to reduce moral, can move DS. If you see someone stationing heavily to hold a planet, can hit their portals instead. If they are low on agents or wiz, make what they lack and harass with ops/spells. So if a small attacker fights a big player with more fleet, is still able to hold his own if he has the skill/activity to do so. Point is, 1 v 1 fights are manageable and somewhat fair.
The problem is when more people get involved. Right now it is extremely hard to fight multiple people at once due to the morale system. I do think the morale system works, as it prevents smaller players from getting farmed. I feel that people will eventually adapt to it. However to prevent unfair numbers in fights. my idea is when two fams go to war with each other, all other fams attacking receive a huge morale loss when attacking them. (im thinking 20-30% per attack) That way its a more isolated fight.
However i do know that this idea needs to be flushed out a bit more since i know fam will want to war each other and not attack so other fams get a huge penalty. Some other ideas.
Take at least 5 planets a day for war to continue. Cant war on another fam for 48 hrs after war. Cant declare war on same fam for 72 hrs. Both sides need to declare war on each other for the morale penalty to take affect.
Well there are my ideas in more in note fashion which might not be fun for everyone to read but at least the idea is out there.
