been to speedtest & that came up with 1700kbs connection. the rate says ots over 6 which throws me even more 
Ben, DSL. Using BT Home Hub connected throuhgh ethernet cable. all hardware is the same as before thats why i cant understand it. dont know if its my network card settings, ive changed the speed bit where it says stuff like 10 half / 100 half etc but all those make no difference.
