How about the 70%, and no naps! And if you expo into a system that someone is already in, you have 24 ticks to attack them or you are kicked from that system. Is this possible ?

And if you do decide to go to the 70% , are you able to make it 70% across the board, Score, NW, and Size.  This would stop familys from haveing a low NW, but are 2.5-3x the size in Sore, and Size from poaching(farming) smaller family's who will have no chance in defending/retakes themselfs, after the first wave of attacks land and they lost 50+ planets. Which seems to be happening more and more every round .

I would like forever banned.

He threatened my life. Where does the madness stop? I am now afraid to sign into this game. He is hacking my IP adress. He is finding out who my gf and family is. Can you contact Big Brother on my behalf. I can't leave my house to do this I need your intervention. I have to cancel the cable guy coming today to set me up now because forever may have an in.

well i like i get back today and blackhandz has pretty much destroyed me time to put my 5 days of saving to use lets get it on.

btw ive been away for 2 days cause my dad got into a bad motorcycle accident he has a brand new hip knee 4 broken ribs a broken vertabrea ( however you spell it ) and just woke up from his coma today.
