I was going to write something similar, but that's the way of it now, no mercy for anyone, I promise it will get worse. smile I mean that's pretty much one persons round over 48hrs into it lol, why bother...?

i only had one planet fb. explored to build up resources so nothing to make lasers with. but thats the way it goes. got no chance of keeping up now so maybe wait for next round or just continue to stay away

lol, had the same problem last round of someone grabbing my first explos and making me loose about 80% if my infra. Just don't stop playing. Try to avoid trouble, get infra back on track and you will catch up soon smile
The player deleted later and i ended up in Top NW rankings smile

MJ what about filling your HS first then saving for a kouple days the way when you ezplo out you are able to defend those planets properly?   
I'm not saying you should build a fleet and start attaking people, sinze you never did it, but you have a lot of zhanzes with a strong & wise defense.

smile  don't leave us please, I still have hopes we'll get PW bak someday.

well Render, was doing what i did last round which was to leave my HS empty til the last cos its already a protected system. thing is, this round i just left it a bit late is all. my mistake and i paid for it smile

MJ, last round SN i was slacking with building lasers at SoR too, and got raided for 20ish planets when i had 45 or so. I ended up around rank 20 in size and NW at eor.

So all is not lost over a few hickups at round start.
And always build lasers.
