Topic: Make Illegal Alliances Legal
Yeah, that's right...you did just hear me say that.
I'm not good at English so I'll make this short n sweet.
The thing is, IC is not like the old days anymore.
Speaking of old...most of us are so old nowadays that the candles on our birthday cakes contribute to global warming.
Back to topic. We have a few good moments now and again but most rounds now are stagnant. We long for more activity in IC.
Even the "galactic" market has now diminished into some sort of playground, where every now and again people get together to smoke some octarine, but that's it...no real activity.
So, why am I talking about all of this?
Well, a good round is one which is enjoyed by the most amount of players.
Now that.... depends on interaction between different families. Whether that's through conflict, NAP talks, or getting slapped around with a piece of trout in the chatroom.
Indeed a key part of IC revolves around diplomacy, we all know that.
But sometimes after getting preyed on by the bigger fams our own families hit rock bottom; we've all been there.
Soon enough players start deleting, in the hope they will random into a bigger fam, but nope, they re-join into a worse fam. Then they leave IC for a few rounds, sometimes forever.
But, wouldn't it be great, if you could negotiate with other families about strategies or about targeting bigger fams...openly.
This would not only make it more interesting for these players about to give up for the round, but would also provide a more challenging competition for the current top dogs ruling the galaxy.
If we encourage this form of collaboration between families then the possibility to the plans, the events and the results in a round are...endless.
Now...who wants to join me in the market for some oct?
