Clowns, jugglers, and acrobats were making there way through astonished crowds... and was that an elephant?

Meanwhile across town Moriarty was perplexed at the entire event. His agents indicated 3 circuses, 2 carnivals, ten marching bands, dozens of actors, acrobats, jugglers and other fools had been hired. Why there were artists giving cheap portrait paintings, indicating to any who asked a wealthy benefactor was involved in subsidizing the costs. Someone was throwing a huge party, but for what end?
Meanwhile in another part of town Mycroft Holmes was writing a letter. "I apologoze for the timing Sherlock, it was meant to distract Moriarty so much that perhaps for a day civilization might win. If it comforts you any I used the funds we seized from Moriarty"
Mycroft Holmes has initiated his roles special event. This day phase and tonights night phase only the lynch and the night time murder can happen. No investigations, no roleblocks, no puppy defense at all.
