Re: Appeals Court completes a fatality move on Obama.
I started reading the story and liked it from the start... like a fine dinner. Then it got better, like adding sugar. Then better like a hot date added to the sugary dinner. Then amazingly better like a parade in your honor before your hot date at a classy resteraunt with a sugary desert.
Then it got BETTER.
WOW
So what happened?
The Court invalidated a "recess appointment" Obama made to the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board... it handles all things Union related).
Actually it ended up invalidating a few to the board and... this ends a boatload of new Union things Obama was pushing. Including micro-units.
But wait! There is more! Obama himself declared Congress on recess when they said they were on business. The Court said Obama cannot do that.
The Court there after included... that Congress is only in recess between new Seatings of Congress. This effectively ends recess appointments.
But that is not all... yes there is MORE! They declared the President can only fill empty positions in Recess for positions that opened up in Recess!
And all of this is back dated to his illegal action.
Which means as collateral damage his choice for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau of Richard Cordray is nixed as well.
All this just now happened which means... since the Senate made an agreement on the Filibuster... there is going to be one hell of a fight over all appointments for the rest of the 2 years.
Tl;dr
Effectively Obama lost all recess appointments and the ability to make them. His pro-Union agenda just got entirely reversed and is dead in the water. His other efforts in CFPD just got derailed and the timing was wonderful.
And this very same court did it unaminously and is hearing 2 other abuses of Obama's power soon. Oh the fun times!
Kemp currently not being responded to until he makes CONCISE posts.
Avogardo and Noir ignored by me for life so people know why I do not respond to them. (Informational)
