it was an "*" to select the whole systems, has this been changed?
Waht Stichio says makes a lot of sense, but creating a core function ingame seems to be hard coding.
Now I cannot agree with Torqez, that a fam can ezplo creating a core violation on purpose just to get that planet traded out later, because most of the times, when they finally agree to trade them out, there's nowhere to ezplore, or you have to trade out portaled planets with infra, just because they ezplored on your core. That's illegal and a clear abuse of the DPA system.
I lost more than 100 planets in several rounds due to this abuse, that a napped fam ezplored in my core when ezplo-phase was almost over and they never agreed to trade em out for free, that space in your core that others are ocupping like punks can make you lose a round on size.
So waht I propose for this idea is warning msgs:
"You are about to ezplore in a system not allowed by diplomatics agreements, by doing this you are starting a conflict and the opposite side will be informed. Do you want to ezplore anyway?"
So if the players ezplores anyway, the oppositte side is informed this way:
a "check relations!" warning in the HQ and then in the relations page a msg like "The Arbolio empire has ezplored planet zz,yy:pp in our core creating a core violation".
This way you are aware of the violation with time enough to contact the other fam leader and start using the DPA asap.
But if they are doing it on purpose and dont want to use the DPA or just tell you "later", you should have the ability to contact a mod and break the NAP at tic and even declare WAR. The proofs are given ingame so there's no further job for the mod to gather information and you are right to break that NAP.
Notice that cancelling the NAP is not an option, because most of the NAPs are 48h standard and they would have a portal completed and abuse the situation by attacking you on your core on a low move (I've seen a lot).
