just sucks to see IC come to where it is today with the players and such...
No one respects NAPs, nor do they respect CF's
and this is the main reason of 819's demise
819 fell quick because of betrayal of such agreements. 806 gave us hopes of NAPs discussing and postponing and being suckers like we were, we fell for it and got the whopped by 806. But 806 themselves didn't cause the downfall -- it was 808
808 and 819 had a CF -- No core settlement or anything. We were in the process of developing a NAP when 808 went to war with 791 -- understandably they didn't have the time and with the planet shifts the means to develop a core list
But once war was declared between 806 and 819, 808 broke CF declaring we were "in their core" which they never stated it was, and systems taken were COMPLETELY occupied by 819, they ran our fleet and destroyed infra...
Crippled from the start, nothing we can do against the onslaught of 806.
Adding salt to the wound, having one of our main attackers/food producers out of commission, no way could we support a war.

epuylon shut up mate don't give 808 the fault for breaking anything as far as i know a cf can not be broken a cf ends if you see attacks again 
and as long you only have cf and no nap talk there is not even a cf mate.. cf is only in the time your talking nap

lol famous there wer talks of NAP -- the reply was "I'll talk it over iwth teh fam" and then they went to war with 791.. and as i said out of MUTUAL RESPECT, we didn't attack them or do anything, we let them conduct their business without even touching a planet on grounds of CF.

thing is, make cf but get nap done the same day or start kicking them again, cf is nothing more than a temporary peace. use it to get nap talks fixed at the same moment. and DONT fall for let me talk to my fam, each leader should have gained his power by his fam trusting his decissions. and he should stand in for himself, if he still want to talk with fam give him max 3 tiks.

yeah cf is not a good thing to get mixed up in. For me, I say 5 ticks MAX. Any longer and lasers go up, fleet gets jumped, its not 808's fault. Just poor judgement on 819's part. Anyhow, I think its time to end the round. 799 wins =p
