I have always wonders why my stationed fleets can't be moved from point to point. They always retreat to the nearest portal (instant) with no portal in the system. BUT then they have to fly all the way again, even it was only 1 tick from its original stationed base.
Another thing i wonder about is why a fam with empires that work togheter can't use each other's portals. don't my troops trust my fam members tech or something ?
I could take that is has a logistic cost (in gc and materials ) to use a fam members portal or stationed base.
Also if you could move fleets from stationed base to base, maybe it should have a maxiimum size fleet that can orbit a planet. Or maybe a penalty to the production of a planet, or even a cost with increasing fleet size stationed to keep the planet capable in upkeeping the fleet orbiting it.
Would make things very different though if you had fleets that had an actual location in galaxy. Don't know if that would be supported by a player base who is used to having a main fleet that can be sent out 50 ticks and can be called back to home even when it is 25 ticks away already.
just trying to tell that realism isn't really something that matters in ic atm.
like the variable loss in units idea in attacking and defending
What's money? A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do.
