no, then u might aswell start at 70 and work your way down, so u realy wanna see the impact such rule have, then start on the hard stuff.
top fams wil stil remain top fams, they wil simply change their way of play. but we will get more fair fighting.

Why don't we just have 2 large families, or 4 large families in total and no one can complain about farming. Not everyone wins size, we all start out with 1 planet. Or maybe just build more lasers and portals next time instead of exploring more planets than you can hold.

I don't know what's "accepted" in a "normal galaxy". If people want to play Imperial Infra, then maybe change it so that each attacks takes a lot more morale than whatever the formula is right now now.

If making attacks can hurt someone's feelings, you might as well remove the attack function.

Or if you want families to be relatively even, you can just make each tick be 2 hours instead of 1. I'm sure most fams pull ahead because they are most active and can login and spend each hour's worth of stuff every hour. Or trigger attacks and send more fleets out each hour.
