As far as I know it was only 1 op, not two.  Torment is a new player that really has no concept of the game at all who we have been trying to teach.  When I put a post about checking for 90 shares to not get raided, he took it as he needed to take out the threat in order to not do it.  As soon as I saw him post the one op, I caught him to tell him to message them quickly so that they could reportal and offer two planets nearby that could be taken quickly and portalled as well.
