the first thing that should happen is, everyone should keep they're cores, or closest to it that they can hold, and if you make a NAP then you trade planet for planet on points you could be attacked by from them.
and never give planets for a nap, only trade offencive planets to insure protection from them.
otherwise expect NAP breaks, the old school knows NAP's as the first thing before war....

and yes, i absolutely agree that if you break a nap on my allies, you break it on me as well.
i didn't say i don't agree with nap's, but most nap's aren't done properly as to effect non-confrontation.
if done the way i have specified, then there will be less chance of "accidental" nap breaks... there is no rebutting facts in the case that a nap was broke done that way... but always be leery of a complicated nap... that means they want to war you later, or even sooner.
