That's correct Emi, I didnt attack your fam tho I could, that woulda been a nap break.

As for Templare, he came to my fam chat yesterday saying he was voiding the nap at anytime before the countdown expired, so I was forced to clear him from our core. And that waht I did, now he's having some fun taking planets, but not in our core.

Who still thinks I broke a nap is too stupid to even know wahts going on, so pls stfu.
I had 2 options, wait for 3906 to jump fleet and raid our core easily and I look like an idiot, or kick them out of my core before they jump. As I saw they cancelled nap at relations it became like a duel in the far west, you have to shot first.

Now call me whatever you want, this was about to be a fun EOR war against 3909 but square-headed Templare can't admit he isn't the big star in the round, so there you have, you are the big star now, have fun while you can, round ends soon.

lol Render you broke NAP simple as that, stop justifying it because nothing you say will make you the "good guy". You violated NAP agreement, and refused to give up your planets, we have every right to void the NAP immediately yet we didn't. You violated NAP agreement and then you proceeded to break NAP. That's all there is to it.

Everyone knows you broke NAP without justification. You didn't want to look "stupid" even thought it was you that signed the unfavorable NAP to begin with, because you got your ass kicked by us early in the round. You were "forced" to break NAP, yeah okay, that's a good one. Your two options were: 1) fight the war like a real man by honoring the agreement and 2) break the NAP and be a pussy about it. You chose option 2.

Pretty sure I don't need to say anymore, the facts are on the table: agreement between 3908/3906 states that 3908 may not own any planets in sector 1, when confronted, Render refused to give up his violations and demanded that 3906 fights for them, then Render proceeded on using those violation planets as portals to hit 3906 and soon 3909.

P.S. good job, you cleared all my shares by breaking NAP, and now if you still lose, you really have nothing to fall back on...

I was about to wait for expiration, but everything changed when you came to chat.

Now in 8 tics we'll have a 2 vs 1 on us, the only difference is now you cannot raid my core, the little advantage I took by clearing your shares was just to make this 2vs1 somewaht fair wink

You said you won't return the violated planets, thus actively disregarding the core clause, I responded with "why do we have to honor the 72hr clause?". While we could have voided on the spot, we chose not to and monitored you guys closely. Only after you guys jumped did we choose to jump. We were hoping that because there is still time, you would change your mind and return the planets so that we can have a fair war. But you then proceeded to break NAP. So now we're in this predicament. Remember, this all started when you violated NAP and refuse to abide the agreement. Everything you've ever spoken about honor has gone down the drain cuz of this wink Conversely, you've always bitched at me for dishonor, and ironically I am/we (06) are the ones that held up our end of the bargain.

Good try though.

think about this....if Templare had said he could void nap anytime before countdown, that doesnt mean he is going to, he said he "could", that's the difference...however, if we actually decided to "void" the nap, we would be attacking you first in the fam news. Also, can u pls post what Templare said in your fam chat, just to clear up? Maybe misunderstanding what he said?

About "cancelling" part on the relation page, it doesnt mean, the nap is broken. I believe it takes 48 hours to declare war after cancelling nap on the relation page. It's pretty much same thing as canceling the nap, but it doesnt mean it's time to attack. You kinda jump conclusion on that.

I posted this thread "Render the Napbreaker" just to get your attention and your reaction.

However, I think this is much funny that you attacked us first and making this "napbreak" on us. We were happy because we're getting some actions early. Also, we are a big family so we can deal with you attacking us first and early. We can't expect everyone to be perfect and sometimes these things happened, we have to learn how to deal with it. This "napbreak" is a challenge to us. Fun! Fun! I must say, thank you!!! I wanna give you flowers and hug you hard enough you can't even breathe. :-D

LOL you are forgetting about some important things we argued yesterday:

1. If we 'trade' those planets, then there's no possible war vs 3909 cause they are the spots I will use to fight them, of course I am violating your gay clause, but how on earth can I war you or your ally without spots in sector1 ??

2. I was about to agree on a trade but only for your 'sneakies' in our core, and you rejected to trade them out, so no deal. What you wanted exactly is I give you those shares in s1 and you still keep your shares in my core, so you expect I am such an idiot to give away my spots and let yours be, so after the trade is done, the countdown expires and you rape my fam.

If you think I am dishonourable then its your call man, I just did waht was ment to be done, so any way or the other you were jumping and killing us. Now at least you are kicked out of my cores wink

You signed the clause lol. You agreed that your fam wouldn't come to sector 1 (because the alternative would have been your fam being raped at BoR). How am I responsible for your decisions?

I'm not violating the core clause, you claimed x number of systems and we agreed. We have zero violation planets, you have over 20 systems. Again, no case. I guess if you say that you only broke the NAP so that you won't look like an idiot representing your fam then there's not much more we can talk about tongue

render is right in a way, if you had traded planets to solidify your core, or protected areas, first off.... this never would have happened.
if it isn't strategical to break a nap then no one will.... DUH so nap agreements should go as follows;
planet xx,xx;x belonging to (family member for planet xx,xx;x belonging to (family member)
and so on, then you have safe systems, and less likelihood of nap breaks, because it is not strategic.
easy enough to implement.
