TBH, i think warcry should just be taken off, it boosts and then when wears off kills your morale, whereas taking a big chunk of your race points away to gain constant morale boost for the round would be better. because as oppose to only getting 1 extra attack in, you could recover a hell of a lot quicker from a previous attack string and would require you to be more active not just cast warcry when you log in.
the sacrifice makes sense but i am going against my idea here a bit but it could be abused, i can see now the people that would keep swapping planets over, casting MBoost and then keep doing it but that is why I put it in the ops/spells section, it makes it balanced whilst still having the option to be a strong play.
for example:
family of 5:
2 bankers
1 utility (player with MBoost, PI, etc.)
2 attackers (One Ward/One custom)
the bankers play like bankers (i haven't played banker so idk what that it)
the utility uses MBoost, takes a planet, gives it to attackers, uses MBoost, takes a planet, gives it to attackers, etc.
the attackers have 1 build mass iron and 1 build mass endu/oct - 80% Const 20% resource
after a few days this fam would have enough morale planets to have constant attacks, enough funds to fund it all and depending on the strategy for map spread could own the galaxy.
