It's quite sad that this game now counts so few people willing to bash Flint nowadays. It's like watching a carousel on a rainy day: such a great source of joy that's left unexploited.

It isn't even worth fixing either. I'm having a bit of a quiet moment at work at the moment, so I thought to drop by..

A friend of mine played IC for quite some time and when we got a permanent broadband connection instead of an expensive and slow dial up, I joined. I can't pinpoint exactly when that was though.

Well, bats with incendiary bombs were used in WWII. Close enough?

Plan nine was awesome in its crappiness. The Green Slime is probably even more hilarious, and it comes with an awesome soundtrack:

And Flint, you have no taste if you truly meant that.

and for something completely different: proper books!

- Atomised, also known as The Elementary Particles by Michelle Houellebecq. It's most likely the most important novel written in our lifetime.. If you want something else:

- Catch 22
- Vernon God Little
- doctor Zhivagho
- Crime & Punishment
- Angela's ashes
- Ludmilla's broken English

And you put a fancy Spinvis quote on (from "Ik wil alleen maar zwemmen", just to prove I know it!).

Migs are considered to be excellent aircraft by experts, just saying..

That's right, I made a Flint thread!

BTW: I'll probably won't post in this thread again either! But I expect that you do the same.

I don't have a clear idea where those stars are located in the night's sky, so I'm going with Atlas or Pleine of the Pleiades.

My rule is this: you're allowed to drink alcohol after 2 complete and seperate meals (you're not allowed to have them after eachother obviously) and when you have no other obligations to fulfill (work).
An exception has to be made on 2 occasions:
1) restaurants. It's only good manners and taste to drink according to your food in a restaurant.
2) new year's day. You've been up most of the night drinking. That party you have to go to should be regarded as an extention of that, not as a seperate occasion. Who cares if you haven't had anything in between?

G) Stop caring and go inactive.

That's what I usually do after the first two weeks in a round.

My goodness. We do need a irony mark.
I found the matter of discussion absolutely and ridiculous thin so that I responded in the only way I know: humour. Flint makes an insane amount of threads in wich next-to-nothing is discussed. I don't see how this could actually lead to any sort of discussion whatsoever.. He doesn't make discussion threads, he's just a pro-republican conservative rumour spambot.

Good, hopefully "E pluribus unum" replaces that stupid "In God we trust again, you'll adopt proper english spelling, get rid of creationism as a viable alternative, adopt some things that are widely regarded beneficial (like health care and a ban on war weapons) and so rejoin the civilicised world. It's a sign Billy Connolly's right "the sane people will get it right eventually".
It's a great first step! Keep going!
