You can never be sure, there will always be some dopers in every sport, but to be honest i feel quite confident now that there is not a doping method that the anti doping ppl dont know about, (like CERA last year) That means that the ppl doping atm are most likely using old methods, which is detectable. They have really tightened the net i think. Also, even tho sum might turn out to be doped, its still damn fun to watch
