Irish car bomb, Baileys in a glass of guiness? (boilermaker made with guiness stout and baileys irish cream)

Irish Car Bombs are awesome, we had 5 and we didn't know we were drunk until we started throwing flick knives into our table at Elephant Bar to see who could get the closest to the knothole

OK is it personal BK? Because then you could form an LLC to do business and that would have a different rating than yourself.

Also you can get credit a lot sooner than 10 years. You do have to be very careful though. Congress acted in 2005 to extend the amount of time a BK debtor has to wait before getting another bK discharge.  Your lawyer can explain the details.  What that means is, you'll find godawful credit card offers knocking on your door as soon as you get a discharge.  If you borrow their money you have to pay them for years before you could file another BK. Before that happens, the lender is just gonna create the account, establish your debt, then sell the account to a collector anyhow.

my day

"Because four years isn't enough time to get anything done."

Since when?

Oh right since Obama sucked.

>I am thankful for these assistance services, and I can imagine that there are others like myself who have been in this situation.

The point I am trying to make is that without the availability of a program like SNAP or Medicaid, there would be no limit to how far people could fall. I would fight hard to preserve the availability of SNAP and Medicaid because I have seen that anybody can fall...<

Yeah BUT

Remember when that oil rig blew up in the Gulf of Mexico and Obama came back with a "moratorium" on drilling that put hundreds of thousands out of work?  And they complained to Congress about not having jobs for months?  And Obama's answer was, OK but so what, you get unemployment.

That's the problem with those programs, the new, progressive, totally destructive attitude that if you, a trained worker, get government aid...you can STAY there, cause that's as good as a job.

I don't want to "preserve" the middle class.   I want an economy where you have to take extra steps to STAY middle class, like, refusing to invest anything or set up an IRA.  But to our Paternal Government, once you get your guaranteed income, anything else is Extra.  Extra belongs to Government first, your family last.

So I'm walking to the car already 30 mins late for a sure 8am arrival, and I pass this door and this dude comes out, and I walk to my car and I'm starting the motor and he bangs on my window and I roll it down and he says and he needs a ride to Rancho in Colton.  So I say no way I'm late going to Orange County that's the other way, then he says he's Damien who used to know Dominic Green and saw me hanging with Dominic  so, I said well OK I can run you up to Rancho and then get back on the freeway to go to Orange County so he's like cool lemme go get my phone.  So he comes back with 3 phones and a drink and a cigarette and he asks me to text this guy so he can get the exact address cause his battery is down.  So we roll out and he says pull up down the block my friend knows the deal he will tell us where to go. So I pull in the guys driveway and he's calling him on my phone and the guy is like lemme call this guy and we're waiting in the driveway.  So now it's been 10 mins.  So then the guy who never come out the house cause its like 640 am he's like ok you gotta text him direct. So I send him a text on my phone to give the address so Damian can give his phone back.  So we wait 10 mins and Damian tries to call him and says he's not answering but I really need to give him his phone.  So now it's 650 am and I am due in Tustin at 8 am and it's 50 miles away. So I say ok I can start rolling to Rancho in Colton and then when this guy calls we go to his house. And I say ok you got a ride back right? And Damian says naw get me a ride back too.  Well I dunno but if you know Colton stranding a guy there is like not cool.  So Damian says you know a donut shop there cause you can drop me off at a donut shop.  Well I don't.  Then I ask what's this guys name who I been texting and Damian is like I dunno. So now I become aware that it is way too early in the morning for Damian.  So I'm rolling into San Bernardino County and I come to the turnoff to go past the dump 2 miles to Rancho, and nothing on the phone, and I'm like dude we gave it a try but there's nothing to be done I got to drive to Orange County.  So I drive back to the apartment and Damian says lemme out at the store.  So we get there and he's like please please send another text saying Damian tried to return the phone but the ride had to go to work.  So I do.  Now Damian asks me for money and I say I can't cause I am brown bagging it and eating $1 lunchmeat without the bread cause I save $ skipping the bread.  Then he tries to sell me some of his phones. So I start to get the idea that this guy Damian doesnt know, it ain't his phone or Damians either.  Now I'm really late, Damian hops out and I haul ass to Orange County. Damian calls for messages halfway there.  I get in 30 mins late.  So now I got 3 guys in my phone and they got my # and I don't know 2 names of them and I'm trying to forget Damian.  So that is why I say screw Game of Thrones because George R R Martin is a lightweight .

OH if anybody would lemme know I'll give you the guys name so you can text him, say Chris told you to call him cause Chris is the guy who was gonna give Damian a ride Tuesday morning, cause he knew Damian knew Dominic Green whose daddy ran the boxing gym, but Damian couldn't reach him and so Chris had to go to work.  Cause Damian is worried about him not know that and I'm not allowed personal calls at work.

All the good work you are doing, if done outside the Republican Party, would still gather opponents of totalitarianism without benefiting the globalist, center-left crooks running the GOP.  It would be more effective. And every example of beneficial work you do within the GOP, I would counter, would be more effective and unqualified good, if it were done outside the GOP.

As for historical similarities, try 1940s Balkans.  Either you're for the Reds or you're backing corrupt aristocrats.

Because they don't leave it to the individual to improve themselves. I am better for having done night school and worked 50 hours a week at the same time.  Especially since I failed grad school before that.

Because they are inflationary. Ever wonder WHY it costs about 30 times as much to get stitches as it did in 1960? Here's a hint-- the government promise that no matter what, they'll pay to have that service available for you....should not comfort you....

Because the high cost and failure of the client-base (formerly, "citizens")  to wean itself off the federal tit, calls for responsible reform.

"responsible", because it refuses to end the cycle of dependency...

and "reform", because it cuts projected cost increases.  And it does that by destroying competition, innovation and experimentation.

The welfare service goes from being a safety net, to a monopoly.  No other halfass volunteer private sector startup will be allowed to continue, or begin, to "steal resources" away from the monopoly.

The fact that service sucks, that costs are trimmed by denying people any alternative but government service, and then denying them government service, is just too damn bad.  This is reform! And ending the service is irresponsible and cruel!

if Key comes after me I'll hire you

I blame both Einstein and Key

you guys are vets of the greatest army in the world

you could be paid in gold on your choice 4 continents to shoot miners who try to unionize

yet you'd rather bitch

---WHATEVER, if Clinton had ordered you to, you'd have saluted and photographed yourself posing over corpses

What scholarships? No, extending welfare for students ain't cool.  I assume that's what you meant, since Pell Grants and FASA aren't there for job training.  This snob put himself through "night" school on a credit card -- I say "night" school since I went to class then to my graveyard shift.  And even at 12% interest I got a better deal than my "subsidized" FASA loans because I could discharge my card in bankruptcy if it ever came to that; student loans are forever.  If you can get them, since they were nationalized, private lenders don't bother and the government is somehow a bigger shylock than Citicorp.

"What Obama speaks out fot is equal opportunity, not equal outcome. You can't promise equal outcome cause you can be run over by a bus tomorrow, but you can try to allow even the poorest of the poor to achieve some measure of success, even if they by themselves have no way of pursuing it. That would be what your country says it is all about right?"

The poorest of the poor have a way of pursuing it, by themselves.  That's what this country is about.

And complaining that they must have a government program to do for them what they won't do for themselves is not "trying to allow" it is shoving others aside.

And the reason you're doing it is you didn't like the outcome of missed opportunity.

Saturday is the Jewish sabbath.  Catholics moved it to Sunday because the gospels say Christ was raised on the 3rd day (of his death, Friday being Day One).  When the Adventists broke away they moved their sabbath to Saturday.

December 25th was a pagan Roman holiday which the Church decided to use to celebrate the birth of Christ.  Catholics do that a lot, kind of a jerk move we do when we win.  Like building our cathedral in Mexico on the ruins of the biggest Aztec temple.  Not for ourselves, you understand. For His Glory. That makes it ok to rub it in.

The Catholic Calendar isn't always literally re-enacting the past.  For instance, Lent is 40 days to make 40 days from Palm Sunday - the entrance of Christ into Jerusalem -- to Good Friday.  This reference to 40 days may not be literally exact.  But it reminds you of the 40 days of the Flood, and the 40 years the Israelites wandered in the desert. These are periods of testing ending in covenant -- like the last days of Christ leading to the Resurrection.

an Icon is more of an Orthodox item than Roman Catholic.  It's not only a painting of a religious subject, the materials are gathered and consecrated in a certain way and the work is done accompanied by prayers.  So it's the end product of a performance as well as an object, and that's why it gets a great deal of veneration

"(Reuters) - The North American box office hit a slump at the weekend, with top earner "The Possession" taking in less than $10 million and what could be the gloomiest overall haul since the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, attacks on New York and Washington.

With only a couple of new releases to tempt movie fans, horror movie "The Possession" pulled in an estimated $9.5 million in the United States and Canada.

That's the first time since 2008 that no film took $10 million or more at the domestic box office.

..."It is pretty scary when the top movie comes in at only $9.5 million," said Paul Dergarabedian, box office analyst at Hollywood.com.
"This is one of the worst-grossing weekends of the last 10 years. In the summer, single movies had opening weekends bigger than this entire weekend gross," he added.

However, Dergarabedian said hope was on the way next week with the next installment of the "Resident Evil" horror franchise and the re-release of Disney/Pixar's 2003 family film "Finding Nemo," this time in 3D."

I predict Paul Dergarabedian is going to be working at Walmart next Christmas

"When I look through my own recipe for the perfect cup of tea, I findno fewer than eleven outstanding points. On perhaps two of them there would be pretty general agreement, but at least four others areacutely controversial. Here are my own eleven rules, every one ofwhich I regard as golden:
First of all, one should use Indian or Ceylonese tea. China teahas virtues which are not to be despised nowadays
