Rambaldi, that particular documentary is fake, although it's often presented as it being true. Stanley Kubrick was not hired for it at all. If you saw a different one: just ignore it tongue

SmOke, australian beers are crap. Fosters is crap and Castlemaine beer's too embarrased to sell it under it's own name.
Try a belgian beer and taste the difference.

Loose change! A model of a conspiracy theory documentary
or the one about the moonlanding being fake, although that was intended as a mockumentary....

I guess we agree......sort of.  The EU is a young alliance of OLD centuries old enemies.
100 years ago, Germany and France were building up for the big war.....60 years ago they were gearing up to do it all over again.
10 years ago, they form the EURO, and anchor a loose economic alliance.
The first sign of trouble, and a need to pull together, and they toss the EURO in the trash by all going their separate way.
As I stated before this was a critical time for the EURO as a currency, the European alliance to REALLY shine.....and they blew it.
All who mocked and laughed at Great Britain for not joining the system.........  THIS is why Great Britain didnt join the system.  They know."

I have trouble with the perspective that's been used here. I think the Great War is quite irrelevant. Europe has changed a lot after WWII, and continues to do so. There are more things that link us than there are things that seperate us. Although, I agree that the european answer is far from what it's should be.
Great Britain is another thing that should be looked at from a broader perspective. It did not refuse to join the EU because they thought it would be an economic disaster, but rather because they didn't find it necessary. Great Britain is not what we can call a dedicated member of the EU, and the reasons for that are quite diverse. It has it's commonwealth, and a sort of pride of it's former imperial glory. The UK has had quite an economic low time these last years too..

hummy, 8 years is a bit young tongue

Over here, you can only obtain a driver's license at the age of 18 (you can start learning it earlier though) and the drinking age is at 16, but loosely applied (14 or 15 year olds rarely have problems with obtaining alcohol)..

For what it's worth, here's my explanation:

Yes, Nemeara has been bumping a ton of old threads. I closed them, but that was merely to get a clear view on how vast Nemeara's bumping-actions were. I'm sure we can reopen some of those later on (when I got an answer from the mods about this whole situation).
Bumping old threads is against the rules (particularly on this scale), merely cause they press other, newer and active threads down. However, this is being applied very loosely, as some topics have some background and aren't always updated regularly. But again, in this case, mostly old and dead threads were brought up, rather than "undead" topics tongue

My father and uncle are butchers too (and a cousin of mine as well). Over here, small butchers still exist everywhere, so naturally, all the educated butchers know how to seperate an animal..

And you'd be surprised how long meat lasts if it's in a vaccuum concealment and in a freezer.
