... You need help.

no, i dont, because i dont beleive morality is subjective. but if someone believes morality is subjective, that person blames the victims of terrible things for them being scared by the incident. whether thats rape, or witnessing a loved one being murdered or a number of things. because a rape or the murder of a loved one would be morally subjective, its the person's view of how horrible a thing it is, that makes them suffer, so they are responsible for their own suffering if morality is subjective.

u did not get my point..
i am saying that for 800 billion you can get whole universal healthcare for 300 million people if you do it the german way.
if you now spend 1.5 trillion it has nothing to do with national healthcare but with a blatant waste of money.

well, thats totally ignoring the differences between the US and Germany what about the insane percent of Americans that are obese?

its not ok to be openly gay because all american soldiers are insecure about their sexuality. this way, soldiers arent questioned about their sexuality.

in germany we spend 250 billion each year for complete healthcare.. thats for 80 million people.
US has roughly 300 million people... so german the german way would cost you like 800-900 billion a year...
if you allready spend 700$ its not a far way to go to reach a good standart when done efficientlly:)

you didnt read the rest of his statement. while our federal spending is $700billion, when you include state and Local spending its about $1.5 trillion.... and it still isnt universal.

BW, your hope will play out within 4 years..

just sit and watch... i really, truly believe obama has the personality, the smarts and the ability to become one of the greatest
too bad, he wasn't given an ideal situation, he really would've been the best if he was president the last 8 years...

Gladiator, i think i need to point something out to you. When people are asked who is the greatest president, they dont mention a president who has prosperity his entire term. they mention Presidents who faced serious obstacles. Washington, Lincoln, Kennedy, ect.

yeah, because you dont mention what counts as valid reasons.

"It's BS to you because your stupid, simple enough.

It's not vague, if you were American and understand how simple permits, and license for local circuit courts were handled you'd understand what I'm purposing, a Local Regulated system - Where the court sanctions and signs off on a request in which several prerequisites must be satisfied in order for the court to believe that your doing this on YOUR OWN morale beliefs, that there is a plausible PHYSICAL reason as to why you need this, and your not incompetent and you do understand what your about to undertake.

Now please, i don't even know why i entertained your crap again, but i guess your ignorance annoys me to no end, and i feel the need to break things down for you Barney style."

ok, so you're saying the government will grant abortions given certain criteria being met. now, even pro-life people support abortions given certain criteria. and you say nothing about the criteria the courts will be looking to see it meets, but the criteria is the most important aspect.... its vague. so you presented a solution to a problem, that does nothing to the problem, thats what people call bullshit... theres also the obvious problem that if the mother's life is endangered, a court decision likely wouldnt come quick enough.

"Golk, I'm just saying that the Culture we promote now, doesn't produce the results that makes Democracy proper, Either fix Democracy, or Fix the Culture."

who decides when a democracy is proper? democracy doesnt need to be similar or even resemble what they had in athens. our democracy was created for our culture, and not athen's.

Listen, I'm not gonna get tempted into this retarded argument, that retards get into - Why? There is no right or wrong way to end it, I'm just not gonna amuse you with an argument.

I stick by my proposed idea.

As for your point.

So if i don't feel the need to obey laws, and i don't feel that the Government has a right to tell me i can't kill the man who raped my kid (If i had one), then i can murder someone if i think it's justified? Don't tell me it's not the same thing because it is, your perception of whats right, and someone else are not the same, it's my life why must i listen to laws? It's your "Child" Why can't you murder it?

As i said no end in sight for this retarded argument.

your proposed idea is vague, and its vagueness is the only thing keeping either side from completely ripping on you. you didnt post something people can agree on, you posted bullshit.

If a woman doesn't feel fit to be a mother? I think that's a damn good reason! And no state, jury or judge has the right to judge otherwise tongue

why not?

Courts already have the right to chose death for a person, an adult as it were, and children depending the reason can be trailed as an adult, in turn courts can decide the out come of every born human, why not unborn? Through the proper channel's i mentioned above i believe this is the best way to handle abortion.

the court doesnt have the "right" but ofcoarse they can cause death, afterall, they did legalize abortion.

i think looking at it in like that, Schniepel is an oversimplification. like, probably the most expensive part of the millitary, is the navy, where the rest of the countries in the world's combined navy doesnt match the US. but we secure alot of things across the world that needs securing.

thanks gladiator, didnt know it was mean for my post.

"just because they dodn't go with your ideals doesn't mean..the democracy is flawed...

means people don't agree with your thinking... simple."

well, if you think abortion shouldnt be legal, and its illegal, the government is flawed in your eyes. the more flaws, the more adamant people will oppose it. do you think people would oppose a monarchy if they agreed with the monarch on all issues?
