I dont think that's the point justi i think it's the view that rape is a such a violation on personal integrety, that even the remote chance of the intercourse not happening out of free will is enough to want to punish some one. (If the rape were to result in pregnancy, it adds to the trauma
men dont have that problem )
But even if a guy gets raped, it's as much as a violation of personal integrety (sp??) ofcourse.
