Blame the Germans:

The german gov allow german investors in films to write off 100% of the their investerment in tax deductions. The investor only has to pay taxes if the film is profitable, if not, they get to write off all costs.

Could be why all his films fail hard.

Check out the Far Cry trailer: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/30630.html
The whole movie looks low budget, barely nothing seems to fit the environment of Far Cry. And COME ON. Did they have to throw in the fat guy comedic sidekick too? Talk about wanting it to fail. Hell, the acting is so bad it makes it worthless.

Oh, and Oovuh Boll says "nobody else has made a good film in the last 10 years, I are teh onliest genius in filmland!"

There are currently 12 million illegal aliens resident in the USA, many of them Mexicans, millions of whom insist the TRUE border is just as shown and last summer they were marching by the millions in US cities under a Mexican flag.

This is like American Express running ads showing all Ireland, Wales and Scotland as separate of England like it was in 1100<

Out of a population of 250,000,000 I'd say that 12,000,000 is not bad, although I must wonder how you know there are that many?

We have a few Britons like that, they move to Brittany (in France) and fly the Union Jack and all that, which is funny as Brittany has not been part of Britain for over 1000 years I think. The local French just find it funny.

I wonder if Absolut are planning an Eireish campaign, with Northern Ireland not under English rule? That would be fun big_smile

Personally I wouldn't care about your theoretical advert, and I doubt anyone else in the UK would either, because it wouldn't be saying anything we haven't been shouting at each other for the last 1000 years. Remember, you're talking about a country that is only ever truly united during wartime.

Attracting new players has never been a problem, keeping the new players is the problem, a problem exacerbated by the fact that nobody is willing to accept the fact that the game is fundementally flawed and ultimately uninteresting.

FORMER cop, which calls into question how up to date his First Aid training is.
First Aid training is no substitute for Qualified medicine.
The Child was home schooled, easily doubling the amount of time she was in her parents presence, doubling the difficulty she would have had in hiding those symptoms for a month, especially as her parents seemed to be especially "proactive" in her life.
Why would she hide the symptoms? Did she think she was pregnant?

@ PVP Remember this?

"Thankyou for declaring that publicly, I shall now leave you to the tender ministrations of Yell and Zoz.
When they have finished with you I shall turn you over to Einstein who will use you as a target for his latest superweapon.
Following that Nemmy will examine the medical records and provide me with a list of all of your relatives, who will all become martyrs to our great cause as they are all killed in a terrorist attack, thereby overshadowing your dissapearance.
In a few weeks it will be assumed that your perished with them."

You are dead, which means you cannot do this:

"I set up broadcasting stations along your borders to bring people the real news of your destructive [regime]."

And even if you were not dead our country has closed borders for reasons of national security, and sky tv. They already see the "real" news, and they don't see anything bad against us.

Are you honestly suggesting that we should excuse this act of utter stupidity because one of them knew CPR? *I* know Basic First Aid too, but that doesn't make me a medical expert.
Let me put this another way:

PARENTS: "We just noticed a tiredness within the past two weeks," she said Wednesday. "And then, just the day before and that day (she died), it suddenly just went to a more serious situation. We stayed fast in prayer then. We believed that she would recover. We saw signs that to us, it looked like she was recovering."

DOCTORS: "She had probably been ill for about a month, suffering symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, excessive thirst, loss of appetite and weakness,"

I can understand that, as a religious person, you feel the need to protect their actions, but ultimately you can't as there is nothing to protect: They decided that God would fix their child, and if that failed then Daddy would use his Basic First Aid skills to rescue her. In the end it was the other members of the family that called for professional medical help, family members who were probably no less religious and clearly far more intelligent.

His point was quite clear: Just because it changed the world it doesn't mean it cannot be a work of fiction.

"made up 50 years after? they were copies of the original and the fact they were written so close to the originals allows a very small window of errors. I thought it was emperor Constantine that chose which ones to put in the bible and which books not, and as far as I know he was a roman emperor."

50 years is not a small window of error: Think of 50 years ago. Write it down. Now go research it.
Even with "modern" records anything that happened 50 years ago is almost legend, muddled by the mist of memory and time. Now imagine that there were no records, that all there was was memory, word of mouth... after 50 years? Back then that was two generations, two lifetimes... no room for twisting there? Of course there is, for even the "word of god" is at the mercy of the mouths of men.

"Have you read the Gospel of Thomas yet (only discovered like a few years ago), wasn't included in the bible but contains all the important parables and sayings as the other Gospels, only difference is the style of writing. Thomas pretty much only contains things that Jesus said and not what he did. The Gospels included in the bible offer a lot more details to those parables and his life and therefor got recorded in the bible."

I've read the heretical aramaic document, written in aramaic, by hand, almost 2000 years ago. It is genuine, the church confirmed this, right before they locked it away.
Guess what it says about churches, guess what it says about prayer, guess what it says about where god lives... If I was inclined to follow the "teachings" of a parable over 2000 years old I'd follow the main character.

"Besides do you honestly believe that God would just let men decide which ones to put in or not at random?"

How would he stop them? In case you have not noticed God has been working under a strict non-interference policy since junior got lynched. God gave us FREE WILL, remember?

"He can't lie and the bible is His Word,"
The Bible is man's word, written by man. God only ever wrote one thing, remember? I think that a God should only have to speak once, like ours did, and speak plainly, like ours did, "Live like this and you are good, refuse and my friend Satan will [w00f] you up".

"so if someone didn't include some important information or altered something, He would be considered a liar and that would go against all His teachings."

God only gave us 10 teachings, everything else is the work of men.

But this hate is not directed at the group, it is directed at the perpetrators of a great misdeed; Like it or not that girls' parents are guilty of inaction, inaction that lead to death, surely the greatest crime of all.

Their "faith" has nothing to do with it.
