One other thread by you making this argument (by the way, the other thread did not get any disputes either).  One by myself, as part of a list of joke achievements ("HAARP controller," for casting 10 e-storms... get it?), and one by Lizon 5 years ago that mentions HAARP in terms of its actual research stuff.

I must say, it's hilarious to see a thread where 90% of the posts are people suggesting changes to the suggested galaxy... only to finish off with that last sentence of this post.  Seriously, that point of view must have been looking at porn, because that view definitely wasn't pointed at this thread.
