oh, and serenity, your fight with 15 10, was unfair, they were already at war with 1 or 2 fams, and then you cancelled on them... which made it a gangbang. Which, really, doesnt prove anything, except that you can vulture.
All I've got to say. Temp took planets from 07 in my core even though he was not allowed in our core. Yet he told me stadard comp for a violation if the planet is conquered is a swap. And we swapped them.
Why did 09 06 not decided to swap planets? Instead they demanded the planets even though they knew 08 got those planets thru wars.
Should make it a 1:1 now though.
Oh, my fault. I quit WOW two years ago, and I'm not going back. It ate up my life and pretty much destroyed my social life. What I've got left is fine though. But I did gain 30 lbs from sitting and typing all day.

Anyways, Im trying to tell duck that our PNAP with 10 15 ALLIANCE was an ALLIANCE PNAP. Since they are no longer ALLIED, then the ALLIANCE PNAP is Voided by default. Your core, and 10's core, jointly became your alliance core. Which for us, meant to stay out east of X48. Which we have honored. Then YOUR ALLIANCE was broken. Thus voiding said ALLIANCE PNAP. It was an AlLIANCE PNAP which included 3910, 3915(your fam) and the single family 3905. Since you had a seperate core list, we asked 3910 to void our PNAP clause so that we can explore into 3910's core. Then, your family decided to BREAK ALLIANCE with 3910. So i fail to see where you come with over 100 planets, claiming a PNAP violation that was voided by default anyway, in a core, that was not your own.
Bartender what fam are you in? Before you start accusing us of stuff?
As it stands, i asked frenzy and temp to keep track of which planets they conquered so that we would know which ones we would have to swap.
They didnt, so its right for me to assume they were expoed since 10 15 mass deleted. And your not gonna come in here and tell me they didnt explore those empty planets.
They matter because i have been asking for them since week 1 of year 8. it is not week 35 of year 16. Thats why it matters.
Look, all i want are the planets in our core that rightfully belong to us. It is not that hard a proposition to agree too. They have no reason to be in our core if we are pnapped so it doesnt make sense unless they plan to attack us.
Just got done with seren on IRC. Fact is Serenity will only swap out if we have equal infra with his violation planets? (which for some reason he built on even though they were violation planets)
i have started messages with temp and frenzy on week 1, year 8(it is now week 32, year 16). 16 days ago about violation planets, and i am still asking for them today.

You have until the end of this (EDIT) TUESDAY to swap those planets serenity. No where in the PNAP does it say we must have equal infra.If you refuse to swap those planets, our PNAP will be voided.
And yes, that is my final answer.

Do you know what a twink is?
That means, for that level, they are the best of the best, i had all the best stuff for them bar none. Reason for 9's at the end are because the battlegrounds on WoW go like this, if i remember correctly. Lvl 1-9 10-19 20-29 30-39 40-49 50-59 60-70 71-80
So every one of those ladders that i had a twink in, i was top of the line. Of course others have twinks too, so its fair but for the ones who dont have twinks, well, too bad.

No, we will not swap them out. I have been trying to get templare and frenzy to swap out before your war with 10 15. Since they refused to do so, im going to assume that all the planets were expoed.
I had asked them to keep a record, but no record was kept, is that my fault? Hardly.
And i dont care if your attackers deleted or anything, it doesnt have anything to do with violation planets. If you really want to know, when the PNAP was made, the very next tick i see 3 of you guys pop up in our core. I told frenzy and temp they will have to be taken and i got no reply. I got no reply about it until right before your war with 10 15. And then temp tells me to come up with a reasonable list. Well, i did. And then he says he will cross reference with fam news, so that takes another 3 days or so, and then he is too busy because of war with 10 15. Then IF I RECALL, 10 15 mass deletes, or their biggest players do, and then you guys, feeling like the unexplored planets should belong to you, explore those planets with no regard to our PNAP
Hmm, but you remember conquering them? wheres the proof? you have no proof if you expoed it, or conquered it. Hence there is no proof, its safe for me to assume that they were expoed.
So, we have not taken them by force yet, i do not want this to be a PNAP break, id rather get this done in a civil manner.

Ive already said that i have been bothering your alliance for some time trying to get those planets. Now, 2 weeks later. Im gonna take them by force.

Just so everyone knows, I have sent a list of 45 planets that are in violation of our terms of agreement on our PNAP with 06 09. They have less then 20 hours to comply or they will be taken by force. This by no means is a NAP break. I have been messaging templare and frenzy about it for almost 2 weeks now and to no success have i got any of the planets. Now, because EOR is just around the corner, I have givin an ultimatum. Raze portals and lasers, or suffer the loss of fleet.
I just wanted to point this out before someone in here comes and say we are PNAP breakers when all we want are violation planets.
Also, i know they had a war with 10 15, and that war could have leaked into our core. I had told temp and frenzy that they had many violation planets before their war with 10 15. And they did not give them up, and instead used those very same planets to attack 10 15. Now, i do not know which ones were expoed, and which ones were conquered. So, im just gonna assume that the planets were expoed when 10 15 deleted. I have asked them to cross reference with their fam news but im guessing none of their leaders kept track of their fam news.
No, this is not war, just want our violation planets.
