both leaders can agree on a time when all attackers can be online, all fair, 1v1 war... try to think back to when wars were fun for both parties involved... it can happen and i dont see why it cant happen now

if we war 06 we'd be screwed because nap terms have prohibited us from getting really close to their hs and they are all around us which is no problem with a pnap.

so you can act al toughguy we want to war but you know just as well as us you got massive advantage over us and only thing preventing war is the honor of holding a pnap.

again sorry guys but diplomacy. with pnap we didn't have to hold in account chance of canceling so we got the disadvantage in the core clause.
now if you hadn't forced a pnap I'd be up for cancellation any time. but it's not up to me to decide that and current situation is different then with 48hr nap.

short version: sure you can challenge us cause you know you got the advantage. otherwhise you wouldn't risk your round. tell the story like it is: due to the pnap terms we got an advantageous position over 05 (which we wouldn't have if we had made a 48 hour nap) so now we regret we have a permnap and if we could adjust our pnap in other nap or no nap we would because we reaped teh advantageous of the pnap already.

You guys all pnapped 05 and now that you see that they are ahead of you, you start crying. All failures and losers, shouldn't have pnapped 05 then. A pnap come's from 2 side which is something you guys seem to forget.

Also I am for this war but only after I come back from Holiday and only if 06 agrees to certain terms like giving up their share's in our core etc.

You were forced to do NOTHING. Amsterdam had attacked ur savings and ur leader had the option of warring us, 48-hr napping us or pnapping us. I proposed a 48-hr nap or a war on a fixed date in the future but Frenzy told me he wanted to concentrate on the 'bigger fish' referring to 15/10 and wanted to hear nothing of the fixed war date or 48-hr nap.  So my fam was only givin the option of war or pnap and you were the one who started going in to this direction not me. Point is you guys could have warred us if you wanted, nobody was forcing you into anything but u were forcing pnap END OF STORY.

I am not blaming you for being in our core it's just that you were talking about fairness and I don't see how it would be fair if ur fam has 15 planets or so in our core (should be 5 according to nap) and we have none in yours. That's why I suggested those swaps, only for the purpose of fairness.
