Suddenly, Gwynedd is here!

The last statement is incorrect. It would register (which is correct) but the roadside instrument used in australia measures breath alcohol. The reason it would still register is because as your blood stream passes your lungs there is transference, and in this case it would continue to come out into the lungs creating breath alcohol.

It's okay MJ, I'm in neither of these families, was just trying to be helpful and answer you tongue

Jump your agents, and take a reasonable amount of planets as compensation? I don't know, it depends on the whole set of circumstances. Is that what this war is about?

I have to say I agree with Timmyville. It doesn't matter who signed the NAP, a signed NAP is a signed NAP and just because your position changes a couple of days later doesn't mean you can renege on the deal. I am in neither family, and I am certainly not a supporter of Matthang in general, but in terms of 98 whinging you do reap what you sow.

Colonization, just for the sake of science, perhaps. But generally speaking, rather than launching repetitive missions that learn the same thing in a dozen different ways, perhaps the money should be pooled for a time in order to better develop the technology and allow the development of faster space flight etc, allowing us to actually extend our boundaries rather than waiting hundreds of years for probes to reach the furthest edges of our solar system.

Fellas, you shouldn't be discussing rule breaking in the forums, as per the forum rules. Just letting you all know.

It really is a pity you deleted Daimyo, you were tenacious with those retakes. Also a pity you weren't leading I guess.

Painside, by your argument we should remove morale planets because it can be made up for by increasing your fleet to gain advantage! I am not suggesting changing the strength or chance of success of the ops, purely the speed at which your ops regnerate.

Currently 5 morale planets gives you maximum bonus for morale. Any more are just a waste. As for the rate of increse, capped at 1 op per tick seems fair to me.

Should be a good war. And a real war even. If no one pikes.

Earlier this year I was hospitalised. I had a fever over 39C that they couldn't get to break, even giving me the maximum dose of penicillin they could give me. It took 24 hours for the fever to start to go down, and they put 6 litres of fluids through me during that 24 hours.

I'm not saying that Xeno's idea is bad, I think probably it is the most appropriate option, however only if 0.1 of an op can be factored into the game code. No matter what, I think it should be capped at a maximum increase of 1 op per tick.

Xeno, reread my original post. I had it being capped at an increase of 1 op per tick, so if you have 50 of the planets you still only get 1 extra op per tick.

It's a question of activity as to how much power it has. If I am on 24/7 then yes it becomes very powerful to use it that way, 2 per tick. However if I'm on once every 8 hours (i.e before work and after work) for 2 hours or so, then having potentially 12 ops each time, 24 total, is more than the 9 + 9 I will get being on for 2 hours at either end of the day.

Not quite Alundra, what twosidedeath is saying appears to be along what xeno is saying. I disagree that it would be less OP that way. Consider, how much damage is a partax going to do with your pop banker when he can have (assuming a mx cap of 5, when increasing the top number) 12 ops in the 1 tick on your popper. I'd rather it be so that it only regenerates to 7, that way you aren't gaining the extra benefit if you aren't using it. It means unless you are hyper active and doing the two ops every tick after 3 ticks you aren't gaining any extra bonus on what you would have formally had.

Just a little reading for you metrex. The first post. 'in this case capped at 1'. That is why people don't understand what you  are saying, you didn't read it all!
