"Racial Affirmative Action"?
Do they think we're all [beep]ing stupid?
...
So, what... are we supposed to not notice the discrimination now that it's not called "positive discrimination".
_____

I  don't know how it is in the rest of the world, but the vast majority of unemployed/workshy people in this area are "propa niggaz, innit". They're not black, we've got all of two black people in town, both of whom work in pretty good jobs AND speak english properly. [edit]better than anyone I know, actually.[/edit]
I think this could be a (stupid) overreaction to to the number of out of work "niggaz", which is a cultural problem, not a colour problem.

Given the history between our two countries (United Kingdom & Espania) I think it is understandable, and possibly even within the rules when I say:

[], it's their own fault for having an economy based on stealing fish, treasure, etc from other people's watersd without permission.
Yeah, that's right, we still want that treasure chest back, you thieving....

I've only argued that such is possible. Such was not your previous claim that I mocked. I knew you were confused. Insult yourself for me. <

YOU arged that it was possible that hygiene could have an effect on the numbers?
Where?

Your adoption of Avogadro tactics led to my adoption of Flint tactics.
You WERE a good member, a hope for the forum, but the rot has creeped into you too.
If there is any part of the real man still alive; I'm sorry, but I must turn my back.

@ Chris:
Have you tried going to the doctor for a check-up? Oh wait, you can't, you have to pay for it don't you?
I might get a free and complete health check, just to rub it in. big_smile

A fat bald bloke, some guy who's been repeatedly noncing his daughter for years, and a jumped-up Bosch Hammer-drill, vs a radiation stream 1000Ly long and up to 100Ly wide?

Erm... no... not even The Doctor could fix that one.

Please explain to me, in simple terms, how the cleanliness of a population can have no effect on the performance of their health.

Then please explain to me how it is impossible that America's private healthcare system could be made to look bad by the people simply not trying to stay in good health.

Circumcision is an example of Americas problem: time, money, resources, manpower, all wasted on something that does not need to be done if people take care of themselves properly, i.e. wash their penis.
This may sound small, but ~2,000,000 of these unneccessary (in my opinion) operations were performed in 2007, costing $100-200 each. That's, ~$300,000,000 a year.
And then there are the complications, like a narrowed pee-hole (because it's not protected any more) leading to infections and incontinence.
Then there are things like cysts, ulcers, necrosis (tissue-death) of part/all of of the penis, impotence...
All caused by the fact that the surgeon has to guess at how much flesh to remove because he has to guess at how much, and in what way, the penis will change as the child grows.
And because nobody washes their penises properly.

Or, if you're in a tl;dr mood:
It obviously is your fault.

click the link.
The "death star" is 1000 light-years away, it will explode in the next 1000 years because of the type of star it is, spraying the solarsystem with a phenominal amount of gamma rays.

Do the math: It's already happened, it's already coming, and we won't get a warning until it gets here.

Now that Obama has promised to do whatever it takes to end the oil leak crisis, can we nuke it? It'd do less damage than the oil already has done, and probably will do.

I'm willing to bet it's more like 200 years.

Yes you mocked my hygiene claim. Why? Is it because it is wrong, or is it because you want it to be the fault of the government and not the people?

And it wasn't an insult but a statement of fact, which is supported. Scroll back through the pages... you were ferverently opposed to him, and now you echo him. How do you explain that?

This is my re-working of the Union Jack, let me talk you through it:

http://img42.imageshack.us/img42/4329/unionjackk.jpg

The first thing you will have noticed is the Welsh dragon, I added this mostly because the welsh have no representation on the current Union Jack, and therefore it is wrong.

You may also notice the lack of diagonal (this way // \\ ) red stripes. These currently represent Northern Ireland, a place that has been making increasingly loud reunification noises, couple this with the trend formed by the results of every reunification vote there has ever been (more and more NI-ers want reunification) and you can probably understand why I think Northern Ireland will one day leave the United Kingdom, and therefore leave the Union Jack.

Scotland's representation is now clearly visible, and no longer appears to be ranked sub-Northern Ireland.

I didn't see any reason to bugger about with the red cross of England, although technically it should be diagonal if it is to be correct as a cross of St George, but it has been like that for donkeys years so meh.

And if you scroll back you'll see that MY point was on your side of the discussion, you'll see that I was suggesting one way as to how the figures could be skewed, not through fudged paperwork but as a result of populace action, or in this case lack of action.

It's weird that ever since you switched sides and began poodling Flint you got dumber.

Trying to avoid a point made by an openly bisexual man by questioning his sexuality? Stroke of genius that is.

> But seriously, we don't talk about or care about dick nearly as much as you. <
Define "We" & "you". Actually, just define "we" because I just googled America's #1 cause of divorce, and it indicates to me that your "we" loves cock even more than me on weekends.

> Circumcision isn't something we talk about. <
Or hygiene, apparently.

> Do what you want with your kids' genitals. Woah. I meant only as far as circumcision is concerned. <
How was this funny?

What happened to you, what made you into Finty-boys' poodle?

Well, nothing to do with her union anyway.

Seriously.
Ever wondered why circumcision is all but compulsory in the USA, but not in the UK?

You do know that we've been "circling the bowl", as you Americans seem to need to phrase it, since the summer of 1945, right?

Look man:
The touristy [STATES] always crap their pants at every economic downturn, however slight, because it means nobody has enough money to spend on flying 3000 miles just to look at some 2000 year old, hand carved, white marble, amputee porn.
The money [STATES] always run things close to the wire, and always seem to go "into the red" with cold military-like calculation at just the right time to catch enough of the economic flak to keep everyone depressed rather than collapsed.
The intellectual [STATES] always seem to fail to fix their most basic of flaws, even though they swear they're going to get around to it later, because they always get distracted by "intellectual discourse" with their neighbours.

Actually that particular argument went away because someone asked "Wait. After we get rid of the smokers, and their tax revenue, won't we have to take a paycut?"

My country has a longer life expectancy than the USA. <

This is not true.
You have been lied to by your government, which is part of an international conspiracy to keep us all too happy and stupid to realise we are drones, doing jobs that are ultimately just pointless busy work designed to make us think that each and every one of us matters in some small way, whilst we believe that we will all be rewarded at the end for our dedication, loyalty, and self sacrifice, with early retirement, Saga holidays, and a 50+ funeral plan.
The reality of the world is that hospitals that put patients before profit without collapsing are a fiction, an insidious illusion cast upon the world by the uber-fascist Liberal Democrat Party, who are clearly in league with Satan.
