do you mean family name, or empire name, race name or leader name?

family name is changed by the leader of your family in the leader options.
the other three can be changed by a moderator, as long as you only have been in the family for a short while. to get this done find a moderator in #mod on IRC ( server: imperialconflict.com port: 6667)

khadaffi isn't beaten just yet.
Yesterday I heard a possible solution, deviding Libya in west and east.
Rebels get east (which contains 80% of the oil fields) and Khadaffi keeps west.

The UN will be satisfied with that, Khadaffi keeps his pride (well, he'll think so anyway) and the rebels will get their own place, and stop the bloodshed.
