Virginity = the lack of sexual contact and that is separate of physicality and special for itself

Reminds me of the joke about a husband and wife on their wedding night. They'd never slept together and the man is looking forward to suprising the bride. So before she even has her shoes off he comes out of the bathroom naked.

"Hi honey! Do you know what THIS is?"

"Uh huh" giggled the bride. "That's your wee-wee".

"Ah honey, that's a [manly synonym for wee-wee], a [manly synonym for wee-wee]" laughed the groom.

"No, I've seen those. THAT'S a wee-wee"

"These people haven't had forum moderation for fifty years. So you can't be surprised if they get bitter and cling to their spammers and their flamers and their duplicate threads. That's what my campaign is about. Teaching all the little people in this country that they can have Fmods."

No they won't be.  There's a California law supposedly mandating that now, because a loophole was closed by a court, but nobody's going to try to prosecute a family for raising their children.

The way we handle it is to compel the kid to pass tests to graduate just as if he were in a regular school.

what? you won't pay for essential gynecological services? you'd deny the very poor the medical care they need?  you'd let a bureaucrat and a right-wing Bible thumper politician come between a woman and her doctor?

it came up elsewhere...is that horseback riding thing true?

"Is that coochie real?"
"It's real expensive!"

I don't think a federal court is going to hold that 2008 elections must be decided according to federal laws that were reversed in 1987.

For one thing, Obama has a constitutional right to run for office if qualified.  For another, the public has a right to nominate Obama unless he can be proved unqualified to run.  Thirdly, Congress has the right to define the Constitutional mandate of natural birth, and has done so in 1987 in a way that would allow Obama to run.

Against that, is asserting the Congress in 1952 had more oomph than the Congress in 1987 and we should look to 1952 rather than 1987 to interpret the Constitution--and therefore slap the election out of Obama and the public's hands...I doubt it.

Well as to why it wasn't illegal before, they didn't really think anybody would do it, and laws focused on harm to an animal

Washington state, after that guy died, started cracking down with new laws.

But Oregon is a totally yahoo commune.  I'm suprised they outlaw bank robbery, because, you know, that impinges on personal liberty to protect corporate greed.

No I'm serious.  After that guy died in Washington state because he let a male horse pound his arse (subject of the film "ZOO") states looked at their laws and many found that would be legal.  Some tried to pass laws making it illegal, and the move failed in Oregon, last I heard.
