Ummmmm, I know the same works for most import vehicles but I'm not so sure about Fords. Much like Chris said, ask someone that you trust to work on your car because with the way the American auto companies are atm, you're not going to get much help if it doesn't work out.

Well BUNE, you didn't actually post any proof of anything so nobody is aware of anything lol

That's what I eat Metrex! Of course you gotta exercise but if you want, I'll give you a list of how I try to eat on a typical workout day to help you get an idea of how to start your own.

You're an interesting fellow Justi.

But yeah good for you! I've been on a healthier diet for the past 2 years. Tuna, Turkey, almost no junk foods, fruits and veggies, grilled and baked lean meats, milk, natural juice and water, etc.

You feel completely different, trust me.

lol Yeah but people think maliciously like that. There are some people in this world who have nothing to do with their lives but sit around thinking of ways to get over on people. The same thing can be said about people who go to buisnesses and "slip and fall". Then there are those ppl who intentionally get into car accidents hoping to reach a cash settlement on the spot. A lot of people will go to a buisness and complain about the service hoping for free food, hotel room, car rental, etc. etc.

I'm not saying he's innocent either. I mean the guy did have forked up childhood. I'm just saying I can see how his situation could be exploited. He was a very trusting and kind hearted person from what I've gathered. Plus that child's story can't be confirmed. I remember I told my parents that my teacher was beating me up so that I wouldn't have to to go school lol. Needless to say that didn't go over too well and well, I got my ass handed to me sad

well, as far as that case went, a lot of people try to manipulate the law to get money.

Example A:

Baby's Mothers of professional athletes

I wasn't there, I don't know what happened so I'm not leaning either way on that. I've been accused of being a cheater. All evidence was there but I was completely innocent lol That was when I first realized how evil women can be =p

But anyhow, yah, dave chappelle = win, thriller = epic, RIP MJ

remember Dave Chappelle "digitized"?

CHAPPELLE: Michael Jackson was acquitted! That means he didn't do it!
PROSECUTOR:  Would you let him babysit your kids?
CHAPPELLE: XXXX no!

LOVED that skit! rofl

avo, you are a retard.

Anyhow, I'm sad that he was exposed to such an enormous amount of fame at such an early age and it never stopped. He never had a real chance at a decent life sad

lol 93 does indeed suck. For a family with just 4 of us active, you'd think we'd have a tougher time being top 10. Its sad. Oh well, undefeated in every war! yay!
