dont be silly, humans have kung fu

Yeah. How crazy is that? Targeting a liberal shithead for a commando raid just because he NAMES and LOCATES the Afghans who gave up the terrorists, so they can have their throats slit...that's just crazy talk!  Real people don't do that! They just lose wars to goatherding kamikazes and brag about their values. The survivors anyhow.

BTW when's Assange gonna spill the dirt on the First Security Directorate? Hmm? Bet Putin's got a lot of dirt locked up!

Oh right.  Putin is "not very bright" and leans a bit to the Right.

>>The argument that an embryo will further develop is a moot point. At the stage of an embryo, if labour was induced, would the embryo survive? at the stage of a feotus if labour were induced, would it survive? Assuming that it did survive, would it be sentient or just a "dumb animal".<<

That's a technological question only.  Someday they may make it possible to transfer the egg and sperm 2 days after sex, and go from there.  Would that make abortion wrong?

>>If a female is raped, and conceived because of it, is it right for her to have to suffer all of the risks intrinsic in carrying a baby because she was the victim of a crime. You are saying that adoption is a viable alternative, so is it right then that she will have to suffer pain and discomfort for months because of the rape? <<

Yes, because when a woman has consensual sex and becomes pregnant, some man has to suffer for 18 years. ahaha.

>>On a side note, I find your post at 13 very amusing avogadro. You state "Any objective, educated individual would classify a fetus as a living human being...". So basically, if we disagree with your point of view we are not objective and we are uneducated?<<

I would say yes; I don't see college biology departments torn over what to label ducks while they're still in the egg or cats while they're in the womb.  They're ducks and cats.

I am a born liar.  I did not ask to be born this way.  I am what I am.

America has historically oppressed and stigmatized the liar.  stereotypes portray liars as criminals and evil.  Liars are good fathers and taxpayers.  Liars probably have more kids than straight folks!  Liars graduate from college with better test scores than honest people.
Liars make good friends.   Many of our political leaders, are and have been liars.

The stereotypes of liars as deviant are based in religious preferences.  Certain churches teach lying is contrary to God's will, and bearing false witness will send the liar to hell.  The Gospels sanction ostracization of liars ("brush the dirt off your sandals, and go") and even violence ("those who mislead the little ones, it were better they tied a millstone around their necks and cast themselves into the sea").  Clearly the state cannot legitimately enact those private morals in the face of the secular advantage of permitting fraud.

Fraud is a major segment of the American economy.  An estimated 10-30% of the Medicare budget goes to fraud.  Fraud has created massive employers like First Jersey Securities and Enron and BCCI.  Some 20% of the $100 bills in circulation are counterfeit, stimulating the global economy.  The state has a secular interest in permitting fraud.

Liars suffer discrimination when their fraudulent contracts are voided by the state. Handshake deals are not an acceptable alternative. Handshake deals deliberately withhold the cultural meaning and accompanying benefits of notarized contracts, from liars.  Liars have the right to have their arrangements accorded the same dignity and esteem as honest contracts.

Wherefore, as the state cannot show a compelling secular interest, and denies due process to liars, the laws against fraud are declared void.  The Better Business Bureau shall close its doors and those consumer reports shall be fined $10,000 for hate speech.

um no, sperm has the fathers DNA period, freeze it and thaw it out and its just sperm.  a fertilized egg has its own DNA from conception. unique from either parent.

that's true in every species

and we don't play games with any other species, I don't get to smash bald eagle eggs cause there's no eagles inside...

>>I agree totally with abortion, simplly becuase the way you speak about it makes it sound like your taking a 5 year old child into the garden with a shotgun, in fact in 90% of abortion cases the actual embrio is what, about as big as a pin head, you cant even call that a child, in fact for all you know that child could die during the pregnancy anyway.....  Another good one is, what if the child has a serious illness "is missing its legs, its arms, has downs" ect, ect.  <<

don't forget being born British! So cruel to let them suffer...

ofc I am joking, sort of, although your quality of life : consumption of resources ratio would presumably JUSTIFY sterilization--to an Asian authority.  When you draw lines through the human race to justify your own comfort the sky's the limit.
