I can tell you otherwise. Winning size requires more activity, than skill. Winning NW requires more skill, than activity.

I once was suggesting infra galaxy, coz there is a lot of ppl who prefer  infrawhoring vs attacking. But, now i think, infra galaxy wouldn't work, because the point is to survive.

I mean
Do you know how much infrawhores were hit and killed by Devilz or player alike? Right. I can go for NW win and dont build lasers AND PORTALS early.  It will give me a huge advantage for NW win. But, i, for some reason, build some lazers and do portals too. Coz u know, Devilz....

Oh, and don't forget diplomacy. I can actually build no portals at all, if i nap right fams. 

See that? Try get a balance to win NW... or size. I'm not saying size does not matter. Size winners needs the same infra/attack/diplo/strategy mix to be first.. activity is advantage. But what if you face the same activity level players?

So don't never ever i want to hear again NW does  not matter.
