My workout plan atm some something like trying to run 5 days a week, mixing up long runs (1,5 hours+) with some temporun (around 1h) and occantionally some interval training.
By basic shape is allready pretty good, so what im trying to acustom myself to now is the longer duration of the half-marathon, and also learning my legs how to run efficiently. Thats why im trying "pile on the miles" as they say.
