i dont see a correlation between nap break and ic dying. but i do agree nap break happens less often in earlier days. ic is dying simply because people grew up and moved on and some got tired of this and left. only thing that kept some people here is IRC. less people are joining ic probably because fams are less active and less organised these day and less coorperation and new players somtimes get farmed or got left out when joining a fam.

the important word here is "technically" in real life, an offer is not in place until all conditions are met, but it is different in IC most of the time. once you sign the nap then the nap is in place and you give them time to explore planets for you. you cant just say they didnt explore quick enough and therefore the nap is voided, unless you mentioned in the nap something like "give  -- planets within 48hrs or nap is voided" and something similar to then"

these guys simply made a mistake of napping them and found out later that it is a bad idea and can get more if they just continue attacking or 48hrs nap and attack again somethings later on.

im happy for any country to become more powerful. i really hate US sticking their ass to every country's internal businesses and to tell them what is right and what is wrong. and please stop crying about chinese military budget.
