Odd thing: I've never met a Bisexual person who was truly happy, except for when they get into a serious, long-term relationship... but then they're not really Bi, are they?

Just curious because I'm thinking of joining and I want to know what I'd have to be able to do in the actual fitness test, like run X miles in Z minutes whilst carrying Y weight, do this many press ups... also what are the warm up/cool down excercises.
